To understand how to best make the case for investments in programs that support children prenatally to age three, NCIT partnered with bi-partisan research team Hart Research and Echelon Insights, to conduct qualitative and quantitative research with policy influencers across the country and on both sides of the aisle. This document highlights key findings from that research.
