Katie Bishop Kendrick – National Senior Advocacy Consultant with the American Heart Association will provide updates on the work that the National Collaborative for Infants and Toddlers is doing to help states connect and learn from each other to strengthen PFML policies.

Joshua McCabe – Director of Social Policy at the Niskanen Center – will discuss findings that show the benefits of paid leave programs for states and families.

Dr. Cynthia Osborne – Executive Director of Prenatal-to-3 Policy Impact Center, and Professor of Early Childhood Education and Policy at Vanderbilt University will share information on their Business Case for Paid Leave Policies brief and the latest updates on state work.

Jack McBride – CEO of Contec, Inc (SC) will share the story of how they support their employees and the benefits of doing so.

Nancy Fishman – National Director of ReadyNation – will moderate the panel.
