A national Latino infant policy agenda is long overdue! A large and growing body of scientific evidence points to the long-term importance of early learning and development. This webinar will introduce a new Latino Infant Policy Agenda, crafted by UnidosUS and Abriendo Puertas/Opening Doors, which will outline the investments and practices required to ensure Latino infants, from prenatal to three years old, have the full range of supports and resources to ensure their healthy development and successful learning. This webinar will provide insights into recommendations at the federal and state levels, addressing education, health, economic security and immigration issues that profoundly affect Latino infants, enriched by perspectives from a program leader, a parent and a state legislator.
